Our Story

A Century of Culture in Brooklyn

Oceana Theater was opened in 1934 and has been a cornerstone of Brooklyn's cultural life ever since. Known later on as the Atlantic Oceana, the Millennium Theater and the Master Theater, in 2022 the theater returned to its historical name — a proud recognition of its deep roots in the community.

1934 — Grand Opening

Oceana Theater opened its doors in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, becoming an instant cultural landmark for the community.
